专心点账号与数据删除

你可以直接申请删除，无需重新安装 App。请用账号可验证的联系方式发送邮件，主题为 OtterUp Account Deletion，并说明用于登录的手机号（或 iOS 的 Apple 登录）。请勿发送密码、验证码、购买令牌或银行卡信息。

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Email us using a verifiable contact method with the subject OtterUp Account Deletion and identify the phone number used to sign in (or Sign in with Apple on iOS). Do not send passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens or card details.

我们会回复并以安全方式核实账号归属，然后删除服务器账号、身份关联、会话、任务、专注记录和其他同步记录。删除不可恢复。独立反馈请注明提交日期和相关说明，以便定位删除；日常反馈最多保留 180 天。运营安全日志按服务器保留策略清理，不包含任务正文或购买令牌。

We will reply and securely verify account ownership, then delete the server account, identity associations, sessions, tasks, focus history and other synced records. Deletion is irreversible. For separately submitted feedback, include the submission date and enough information to locate it; ordinary feedback is retained for up to 180 days. Operational security logs are removed under the server retention policy and contain neither task text nor purchase tokens.

也可在 App 内“我的 → 数据与同步 → 删除账户”操作。本机副本另行清除：Android 清除应用存储或卸载；iOS 使用“删除 App”而非“卸载 App”。系统备份由你自行管理。删除账号不会取消订阅，Google Play 或 Apple 的交易记录按各商店政策处理。

You can also delete in the app under Me → Data & Sync → Delete account. Remove local copies separately: clear storage or uninstall on Android; use Delete App rather than Offload App on iOS. Manage system backups separately. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions; Google Play or Apple transaction records follow the respective store policy.
